Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Camcity Trading LLC. By accessing our website or purchasing from our store at Al Khaleej Centre, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
  • Any unauthorized use of this website or its content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense under UAE Cybercrime Law.

2. Pricing and VAT

  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • In accordance with UAE Federal Law, all prices are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. A simplified or full Tax Invoice will be provided with every purchase.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders due to stock errors.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: For your convenience, we offer interest-free installment plans through Tabby and Tamara. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms, conditions, and credit approval.
  • COD Terms: For COD, payment must be made in full to the courier before the shipment is handed over. Refusal to pay without a valid reason may result in the user being blacklisted from future purchases.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Coverage: We provide delivery services across all Emirates within the UAE.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Inside Dubai: FREE delivery for orders above 500 AED. Orders below 500 AED will incur a 30 AED delivery charge.

    • Outside Dubai: A flat delivery charge of 30 AED applies to all orders, regardless of the purchase value.

  • Timelines: Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability and courier schedules.

  • Responsibility: Camcity is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen courier service interruptions or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of Purchase: To initiate any return or exchange, the original invoice or bill must be provided. No returns will be processed without a valid proof of purchase from Camcity.

  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original retail packaging with all factory seals intact.

  • Return Logistics: For any return or exchange, the customer is responsible for all delivery charges.

  • Process: The customer must independently arrange for the item to be delivered to our shop at Al Khaleej Centre (S136/S137). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product reaches us in perfect condition and without any issues.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on sensitized materials (film, paper), software, or items already registered with the manufacturer.

6. Refunds

  • Inspection: All returned items are subject to a technical inspection. If the item is found to be used or the packaging damaged, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, or the refund may be rejected.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Installment & COD: * For orders paid via Tabby or Tamara, refunds follow their specific merchant refund policies.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit only.

7. Warranty Policy

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Most electronic equipment (cameras, lenses, flashes) carries a one-year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover physical damage, liquid/sand ingress, misuse, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
  • Service: For warranty claims, the customer must present the original invoice. Camcity will facilitate the repair with the authorized service center.

8. Limitation of Liability

Camcity Trading LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of profit, arising from the use or inability to use the products sold. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Federal Laws of the UAE and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively by the Dubai Courts.
