Refund and Return Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you would like to return a product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below are met. Please note that if the 10-day period has lapsed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Refund & Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following criteria must be met:
Proof of Purchase: We require the original invoice, receipt, or official bill. We strictly cannot process any refund or return without this documentation.
Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original retail packaging with all factory seals intact.
Integrity: The product must not be worn, used, or damaged in any way.
Non-Returnable Items: Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sensitized materials (film, paper), software, or items registered with the manufacturer.
2. Shipping and Delivery Charges
Inside Dubai: * Orders above 500 AED: FREE Delivery.
Orders below 500 AED: 30 AED Delivery Charge.
Outside Dubai (All other Emirates): A flat delivery charge of 30 AED applies to all orders regardless of the total value.
Note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
3. Returns Process & Logistics
Customer Responsibility: For any return or exchange, the customer is responsible for all delivery charges.
Arranging the Return: The customer must independently arrange for the item to be delivered to our shop at Al Khaleej Centre (S136/S137).
Transit Care: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are properly packaged. If a product reaches us damaged or showing signs of use, the refund will be rejected.
In-Store Returns: You may visit our retail location at Al Khaleej Centre to process your return or exchange on-site, provided you have the original invoice.
4. Inspection and Processing
Technical Inspection: All returns are subject to a technical inspection upon receipt. Camcity Trading LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund or apply a restocking fee of up to 25% if the product is found to be used or the packaging is compromised.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Tabby/Tamara: Refunds follow their specific merchant policies.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit only.
